By using the Nosestel website (nosestel.com) or the Rule of Life application, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the website or the application.

2. About this website

This website is informational. It describes Nosestel LLC and its products and provides a way to reach support. It does not offer accounts, e-commerce, or any transaction of goods or services.

3. Application availability and development status

Rule of Life is currently in development for Android and iPhone. It is not represented as available for download on this website, and features described here may change before or after the application becomes available. We do not guarantee a release date or that every described feature will ship exactly as described.

4. Your data and backups

You are responsible for the data you enter into Rule of Life and for creating your own backups. If a device is lost, damaged, reset, or replaced without a usable backup you created yourself, locally stored data on that device may be lost, and Nosestel cannot recover it for you.

5. Exported files

Files you export from the application, such as backups or PDF exports, are yours once created. Wherever you choose to store or share an exported file is governed by the terms and policies of that destination, not by Nosestel.

6. Third-party services and app stores

The application may rely on third-party infrastructure, such as update-delivery services, to function. If and when the application is distributed through an app store, that store’s own terms also apply to your use of it. Nosestel is not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

The Nosestel name, the Rule of Life name, and the content and design of this website and the application are the property of Nosestel LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission, except as needed for your own ordinary personal use of the website or application.

8. Acceptable use

Please use the website and the application only for their intended, lawful purposes. Don’t attempt to interfere with their operation, reverse engineer them beyond what applicable law permits, or use them in a way that could harm Nosestel LLC or other users.
